Add an organization

  1. Go to our memberships page.
  2. Click one of the "sign up" links to open a form.
  3. Choose an organization name to uniquely identify your organization.  You cannot change this later.
  4. An admin user will also be created with the organization.  You can change admin users later.
  5. Upon agreeing to the terms of service, click Create Company Account.
  6. You are finished and can sign in with your admin user account.

Deactivate an organization

Currently, an organization cannot be deleted, only deactivated.  To deactivate your organization, follow these steps.

  1. Sign in as an organization admin user.
  2. Go to your organization profile from the header menu.
  3. Click the link titled Need to deactivate organization?
  4. Agree to the terms of deactivation, including to deactivate all users.
  5. Click the button to deactivate and verify it is processed.
  6. You may access your organization profile at any time to reactivate it.
