Add an organization
- Go to our memberships page.
- Click one of the "sign up" links to open a form.
- Choose an organization name to uniquely identify your organization. You cannot change this later.
- An admin user will also be created with the organization. You can change admin users later.
- Upon agreeing to the terms of service, click Create Company Account.
- You are finished and can sign in with your admin user account.
Deactivate an organization
Currently, an organization cannot be deleted, only deactivated. To deactivate your organization, follow these steps.
- Sign in as an organization admin user.
- Go to your organization profile from the header menu.
- Click the link titled Need to deactivate organization?
- Agree to the terms of deactivation, including to deactivate all users.
- Click the button to deactivate and verify it is processed.
- You may access your organization profile at any time to reactivate it.
